Eataly is the sole global quality Italian food operator with a unique integrated restaurant and retail concept.

 

Eataly’s unique business model was built around the original ‘eat-shop-learn concept, offering to consumers globally a selection of high quality Italian restaurants, a retail experience with an overwhelming variety of finest Italian local ‘specialties and the opportunity to learn more about these products (through cooking classes, events) in a ‘full Eataly experience’ in its iconic flagship stores worldwide.

Eataly currently operates 47 stores in 16 countries across four continents. It operates two formats – directly-operated stores (mostly in Europe and North America) and franchise stores (mostly in the Asia Pacific and Middle Eastern regions as well as in the travel retail channel).

The company focuses on quality and sustainability from the use of quality ingredients from artisan producers to supporting local agri-food supply chains.  Eataly will continue as a global ambassador of ‘Made in Italy’ food through the opening of new flagship stores internationally and the development of new formats, as well as the launch of Eataly-branded high quality products.
