As a sponsor of Level20, a non-profit organisation aimed at increasing women's participation in private equity, Investindustrial supports cross-firm mentoring, pairing female investment professionals with senior industry leaders.

It also backs Level20’s GAIN (Girls Are Investors) initiative, offering internships to encourage female and non-binary students to pursue investment careers.

In 2021, the Firm joined the ILPA Diversity in Action initiative, reaffirming its dedication to advancing DEI in private equity. Investindustrial engages in roundtables, working groups, and surveys to promote transparency and best practices in DEI across private markets.

Investindustrial has established Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Guidelines and seeks to embed DEI principles throughout the Firm.
