In January 2025, the group announced a significant expansion through the agreed acquisition of Eurovetrocap, a company specialising in the development, finishing and distribution of glass, plastic, and aluminum primary packaging mainly for skincare products. This strategic acquisition creates a highly diversified group positioned as one of the leading European companies in cosmetics packaging. The combined entity now boasts approximately 500 employees and an annual production of more than 400 million units, with operations in Spain and Italy and a global distribution network.
