Dispensa Emilia directly manages 40 restaurants in Italy, of which 14 are in Emilia-Romagna, 16 in Lombardy, 2 in Tuscany, 2 in Piedmont, 3 in Veneto, and 3 in Lazio. 23 restaurants are located inside shopping malls, 14 are high street locations, and 3 are travel retail locations.
