Ermenegildo Zegna

An iconic Italian luxury group

Founded in 1910 in Trivero, Italy by Ermenegildo Zegna, the Zegna Group designs, creates and distributes luxury menswear and accessories under the Zegna brand, as well as womenswear, menswear and accessories under the Thom Browne brand.

Zegna’s business covers the entire value chain (“from sheep to shop”) as a result of its design, manufacturing and distribution businesses.

Through its Luxury Textile Laboratory Platform – which works to preserve artisanal mills producing the finest Italian fabrics – the Zegna Group manufactures and distributes the highest quality fabrics and textiles.

Zegna products are sold through over 500 stores in 80 countries, of which 284 are directly operated by Zegna as of 30 June 2021 (239 Zegna stores and 45 Thom Browne stores).

Giving back to the community has always been part of the mission at Zegna Group. Since 1910, the founder understood the preservation of the natural environment and people’s well-being were indispensable for a company aspiring to have long-term success. The Oasi Zegna, established in 1993, is a freely accessible nature park that covers around 100 km2 between Trivero and Valle Cervo, in the Biella Alps.

In December 2021, through a SPAC led by Investindustrial, Zegna successfully completed its IPO and became the first major Italian luxury house listed on the NYSE.
