Since inception, Atida has executed a rapid expansion strategy through five add-ons in Germany to consolidate its presence in the DACH region and in 2019, after the acquisition of the Spanish market leader Mifarma, it expanded its presence in the Iberian Peninsula. More recently the Company acquired Santé Discount, the largest French online para pharmacy, and eFarma the #2 online pharmacy player in the Italian market.
