Cogetech
Investindustrial, through its subsidiary International Entertainment SA, owns a 55% shareholding in Cogetech (www.cogetech.it), a leading technology provider and concession operator in the Italian gaming sector, together with Orlando Italy. Investindustrial and Orlando Italy jointly control the company.
Cogetech will also begin two new joint ventures with Casino Austria (the European leader in casinos), and Intralot (the European leader in the gaming sector, quoted on the Athens Stock Exchange). These two agreements are part of the company’s strategy to participate in the new video lottery concessions being awarded by the Italian government for the installation of up to 5,226 video lottery terminals.
